Pelican Landing Condos at Manasota Key are wonderful units. Very clean and reasonable for the quality of facility. Would expect to pay more for all they have to offer. Always a welcome attitude toward renters by those who live there year round. Included in all functions such a breakfast by the bay on Sundays, golf outings and dinners and other get togethers including watching the sunsets at cocktail hour by the bay.While the units facing the beach are nice, all units on the beach side of the complex are great - close to the pool, hot tub and beach.Pelican Landing is one of my favorite spots on the face of the earth. Laid back and relaxing and if you like hunting shark's teeth and shells, you've found heaven! Property management is very good. Grounds are immaculate and green space is in abundance. This is unusual on this key where other developers have taken every green space and laid concrete or pilings.

I have been vacationing in Englewood for 22 years and have LOVED every vacation. The beach is natural and quite. I have seen all kinds of wild life over the years including manatees and sea turtles. Pelican Landing, specifically, are wonderful condos with all the amenities of home. This is not the place for you if you are active and looking to party. Englewood is quite and peaceful with relatively few restaurants and bars. If you are looking for good food, check out Mi Pueblo in Venice for great mexican food, as well as The Lock & Key right on Manasota Key. Englewood is definitely a place you can relax and let go of all of your worries.
