Very nice for the price it is not a 5 star hotel, likewise you don't pay a 5 star price. Finding a hotel that accepted pets with an ocean front room was difficult. Was pleased this one allowed it. staff was nice and helpful, hotel was reasonably clean.

Staff was extraordinarily friendly, room was clean and quiet, balcony had view of the beach. Decent continental breakfast and open-bar happy hour every evening. I had a very nice stay.

THis is an older hotel that is run well. The rooms are larger than a traditional hotel room but is outdated and musty smelling. Staff was pleasant and helpful. Breakfast is light.

The room was average with two beds and kitchenette. It really needed a comfortable chair or small sofa for relaxing. Everyroom seems to have a good view of the ocean and I would say the balcony is a little larger than average. The rate included a continental breakfast, which was again, average. Since I was there in January and the temperature was in the 40's, I wasn't able to enjoy the pool area. Overall it was a good value and would consider staying there again in warmer weather for a weekend.
