My wife and I would love to leave a "10(at least) review" but am not seeing anything on your page which allows us to do that. We enjoyed our stay at your Hotel, tho it seemed more like a piece of heaven... Your Hotel could not have been any cleaner, contrary to comments we had read before we came down. Being right ON the beach, closeness to I-4, the racetrack,downtown DB, and the Boardwalk on the beach...could go on, but it might seem like an ad Great location...but the aforementioned is why in part...



Your staff in their entirety were just downright pleasant! Again, contrary to prior comments we had read. The riverview from our 6th floor room was excellent, tho maybe we will try for a beachside view the next time we come back!



If there was a shortcoming, and for us it was not, was the "cont" breakfast...add some Krispy Kremers that shouldn't cost that much . But like I said for us, we grabbed a coffee and went to one of several nearby inexpensive restaurants (Cracked Egg, IHop).



We honestly enjoyed our stay with y'all and look forward in returning, hopefully an oceanview...

The hotel was very clean and comfortable. Staff were polite and friendly. The front desk clerk, Eileen, was extremely helpful and very pleasant, she really helped make our two week stay enjoyable. Thank you Eileen. G & D Sullivan

my wife and i stayed here over new years. service and staff were fantastic. when we arrived home, my wife received a call that a ring had been found in the room. she was asked to describe it, and it was one of ours! we sent the hotel a prepaid fedex package, and they mailed the ring to us. joy! aside from a superb manager and staff, the pool and jacuzzi are right on the beach overlooking the ocean, like something out of a hollywood movie. the rooms are comfortable. the elevators are quick and smooth. walking distance to a great miniature golf place. location is spectacular, and the beach is out the lobby, past the pool patio, and you're right on it. since we sleep on a tempurpedic, the bed was not quite as comfortable as we're used to, but we slept fine. the most any other hotel in florida could do in terms of value is to match this place. the combination of price, location and service are out of this world :)

Seems on Daytona beach, hotels occupancy rates are quite higher, therefore as a business rule, they are in general, charging much more than if comparing similar hotels in not so popular spots.This hotel is not an exception.

What we liked;
1- Location, extremely good
2- Ocean view room, enhanced our experience with the sunrise
3- We came earlier than check-in time but the front desk helped me getting the room right away.

What we did not like
1- Beds, not comfortable
2- Smells in the room
3- Breakfast, it was a joke (a bad one)
4- Wi-Fi not working (excuse given by front desk, too many people)
5- locks on the door to go to the balcony were not working properly/damaged

Overall, the room and the bathroom seemed very ordinary.

Tip for visitors;
Pay few dollars extra if you can get a better room in the neighborhood but if you have to choose this hotel to do some economy it is worth paying extra for ocean view.
Assume they don't have breakfast to avoid any dissatisfaction.

Tip for Hotel management;
You need to renovate the rooms and you need to say you don't provide breakfast, Charge a little more, I know you are doing good business even now but you will do even better if you invest a little more and having higher rate of satisfied customer perhaps will give you more satisfaction too.
