If there was a ten star rating I would give this hotel. This is truly a home away from home. I can tell you it is not the most fancy physically beautiful place I have ever been but it is the most happy place. I have travelled a lot and have never been to a most genuinely happy place. Everyone is very friendly. The beach view is wonderful. It is a beach front property. i stayed in the garden view apartment and I can tell you that you will not miss that you are not on the beach front because the beach it is only steps away.
They have barbeque grills you can just roll to you apartment doors and use which we did. The owners are super nice people and is so welcoming it is just unbelievable. We met people who have been coming here for years and just say all wonderful things and I see why. You are blessed to find this place. This is how all of us in our group felt.

My husband and I found this place several years ago and continue to come back time and time again. You can beat the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff, affordable price and the outstanding view . It has very private accomadations. The property is always kept spotless and the pool is always inviting.
We've been back with our parents and they fell in love with Shoreline as well. We have highly recommended Shoreline to family and friends. We can't wait to go back again.

We were lucky to find this place on the Superior Small Lodging site. It’s a unique motel; actually, I think it was two properties that are now owned and operated as one. A terrific young couple runs the place and you feel like you’re really cared for. They also have a beautiful puppy—almost full grown when we were there. If you’re a fan of cookie-cutter hotel rooms and “full service,” this is not the place for you. But if you like charm and space, check it out. We stayed in one of the cottages. It has a full kitchen, very comfortable beds, ceiling fans, and a roomy stall shower. The bathroom sink is in the bedroom area, which works well for my sister and me when we travel together. The pool and grounds are nicely kept, and the owners have plans for improvements as time goes on. Since most of the small, non-chain motels in the Daytona area have closed in the past couple of years, we’ll definitely come back to the Shoreline. (This property is in the Daytona Beach Shores area, which is the southern, quieter, safer end of Daytona Beach.)

My family has fell in love with this place, we are a farm family from Ohio we love the beach and swimming this place has it all for us , plus it's relaxing.And it's a great place to head for Christmas , and we just booked again for 2011 yea!!!!
