My wife and I have stayed at several places in Daytona Beach over the years. We normally like small hotels but this one is not too small and not too big. It is big enough that they are able to keep the right amount of staff working, to keep everything in clean working order. The staff is very friendly and courteous. They were always in a good mood and seem to work very well together.
Not just the rooms but the building is very clean and well kept. The people that are staying there are mostly people that come back every year. We are retired and enjoy laying around the pool and walking the beach. The front desk was always very helpful when we had a typical tourist question.
We felt very comfortable there and will make that our winter haven.

Seems to be an older building but clean. Excellent value, we paid $80 plus tAx for one night which includes a room with street view, 2 double beds, full size small refrigerator, stove, oven, table, chairs, reg bath. Laundry room on bottom floor, heated outdoor pool and hot tub located just over the bridge near a beautiful pier. We reserved 3 rooms at this price and one was upgraded to ocean view. Omg Beautiful view. Couldn't Ask for friendlier people.

Spur of the moment, inexpensive & in south Daytona away from the crowds. Nice sized room, private balcony, great view & sparkling clean. Eddie at the desk very helpful. Loved the "day room" facing the ocean with flat screen tv & 2 computers . Will definitely stay there again!

Stayed one night, had an ocean view on the 5th floor. Friendly staff. Received permission to take some photos from a special location.
