Sure, this place has 4 pages of rules, and they make you sign for it that you accept them or they will throw you out without a refund. 100.00 a night to park our motorhome on a lot that has a small old concrete pad, gravel lot, hookup to sewer, electric service, and water. No cable TV hook up, no signal for our DIgital anntenna, and no WIFI signal. I could get a signal at the rec hall, which was a long walk from the site.
Great waterfront view if you pay extra for an end spot, of which we did and was well worth it. Anywhere else in the park, the lots are smaller and cramped in between park models, old mobile homes, and varied RV's of all shapes, age and size.
On to the rules: If you don't enforce them, there are no rules. One of the rules were no dog walking in the park. Throw that one out. People were walking their dogs all over the park, and right past the office and security guard. We did not see any pet deposits, fortunately, and what were there were picked up right away. Another rule: Only one vehicle per lot and no parking on the street. No boats or boat trailers except in pre-paid storage area. Throw that one out also. When we got there after a long trip on the road, we could not even pull our motorhome into the site, as someone had a car parked in the middle of it. After having to call security, the car was moved. Boats and boat trailers all over the place and cars parked in whatever spot they could find all over the park.
On the good side, there are many planned activities for the full timers there, which are all older people, mostly snowbirds that own their lot. They seem very happy, and we did not find any "snobs" at all. The people were all very nice.
At 100.00 a night for a lot in a mobile home park, we won't be back. Though if we were snowbirds looking for a nice friendly place to spend the winter and wanted to spend the overpriced rent or ownership....then we would be there.
