“Could Not Have Been Any Better”

We stayed at this "hotel" which is actually a time share rental, for a one night pre cruise stay January 15, 2012. We didn't arrive until 3:00 which was sad because it would have been so nice to enjoy this place a little longer. Very clean room, very friendly staff. Check in was very easy, and check out was very easy. A couple notes about this place, it is a time share rental facility so they have different rules than a traditional hotel. You have to be checked out by 10:00 a.m. or you will be charged $100. We did check out by 10:00 and had arranged for a taxi to pick us up at 10:00. However the taxi was 15 mins late, we were in the lobby with all our luggage quietly waiting for our taxi and the staff never said a word to us. Because it is a time share not a hotel you are asked to strip all the sheets off your beds and take all the used towels and place all these by the washer before you leave. You are also asked to start the dishwasher before you leave. There is a complimentary coffee with cream and sugar for use in the room (just like a hotel) there is dish soap, however there is no complimentary shampoo. Bar soap is provided. We had an ocean view balcony room. Some reveiws state you have to "lean over the balcony" to see the ocean. I would disagree with that. You do have to turn your head as "ocean view" rooms face the north but you do not have to "lean" to see the ocean. They have vending machines including an ice cream vending machine in the game room however we were looking for an ice machine and did not fine one. We did not eat at the restaurant because we were not in the mood for Mexican, we asked the front desk for some pizza delivery menus and they we very happy to provide us with some local menus. We also walked to the Publix grocery store that was about 2 blocks to the north and got some breakfast items as there is no breakfast available at this hotel. This was a nice place to stay for a group of 6 because we all had our own beds, one bedroom has a king bed, one bedroom has a set of 2 twins and couch is a sofa bed. There are 3 tv's and nice dinning room table and bar area. Big enough for all of us to stretch out and have our own personal space and not feel crowed. Would LOVE to stay here again!

“Great family stay - Jan 2012!”

We had (still having) a great stay here at the Resort on Cocoa Beach. From check-in through our stay so far everyone has been awesome. The rooms are huge, full kitchen, washer/dryer, 2 full bathrooms, huge living room, and best of all a balcony overlooking the ocean. The rooms are immaculate, fully stocked with dishes, pots, pans, etc.

The grounds are kept very clean, and very well maintained. The pool is huge, and clean. We have not used the basketball or tennis courts, nor have we used shuffle board or ping pong, but it's all available for use. A little too cold for swimming at the beach, so we only went down for a short time, but it was very clean, and there is lots of room so you won't be on top of anyone else.

Overall, this was a great place to spend our winter trip, I'd suggest it to anyone looking to stay in Cocoa Beach.

Room Tip: See if you can get an end room, more windows to enjoy the sunshine!

“Very enjoyable stay”

We spent 2 nights over New Years Eve weekend here. Our oceanfront 2-bedroom family room was nicely decorated, and perfect for our 3-generational group. We were on the 5th floor and kept the balcony doors open enough at night to hear the ocean waves. The room had everything we needed, and we appreciated all of the amenities at the resort: game room for the kids, library of beach books, restaurant on site, and a pool with a volleyball net. Our teens were in heaven! The beach is beautiful. We look forward to returning.

“Excellent timeshare”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed 15 January 2012

We booked as an exchange for my parents' timeshare week and were very satisfied. The resort is in good shape, right on the beach, and quite nice. It's not 5* resort quality or anything, but the room was well (if tackily) appointed, the facilities were all good and in good shape, and the staff was outstanding. Be warned that "ocean view" means out of the corner of the patio so you're not disappointed, but otherwise if your trip is like ours, you'll have a good one. Kids activities are geared toward 4-8 year olds, but the playroom was a minor hit with our 3 year old. The beach was a much bigger winner.

Room Tip: If you want to see the beach from your room, get "oceanfront".

“Enjoyed our stay”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed 14 January 2012

We spent a week here on an Interval International exchange. We had a 2 bed/2 bath suite on the third floor, oceanfront. The double balcony doors opened wide and it was like being on a cruise ship. We spent our time watching cruise ships come and go and enjoying the full moon on the water. The kitchen is well-equipped; coffee, dishwasher detergent and regular detergent are supplied. We appreciated the towel and linen exchange. There are lots of lounge chairs at the large pool, which is heated to a comfortable temperature. The beach is hard and clean and great to walk on. On the negative side: bring your own shampoo, conditioner and lotion. We found the washing machine very noisy. The parking lot is a bit of a hike from the lobby. We inquired about renting for two or three months in 2013. But the resort will not guarantee which suite we get and the attraction for us is the oceanfront ones.

Room Tip: We stayed in 318.
