On the way to our room. Beer cans littered the walkway and smelled like beer and urine. Toliet was broken, and ran all night. Mold growing on the wall. Mildew growing on the shower cracks. Bed sheets, and bedspread were stained and dirty. Ice machine was broken. If you wanted ice you had to pay $1.00 to get tiny bag of ice. We complained and it did us no good. I got a free bag of ice for complaing. I have complained to them 3 times after returing home. Of course they would not talk to me. So I made a few more calls. They also didn't want to talk with the other people. They cleaned up some of the filth. I wish I took pictures like my brother did. So I could show you how nasty it is. This place is out in the middle of nowhere. For a one night stay it costed us $112! I wish we would have kept on driving. We would have found a clean place to stay the night.

Traveller Beware! This hotel is in the middle of nowhere and it still cost $112.00 for a one night stay. We arrived at this motel at about 11:00 p.m. after a full day of driving. We were all very tired and ready to get some sleep (which is the very first thing we did after check-in). This was one of the only hotels we were able to find in the Cocoa/Cocoa Beach area that had rooms available. The price was not the worst part, believe it or not. I noted a number of persons 'hanging out' in the parking lot. Judging from what they were doing, I would say they had rather loose morals. The rooms were dank and musty. The bed sheets were stained. (I didn't discover this until the next morning & my skin is crawling right now just thinking about it.) Upon going for my morning shower (to wash off what I had unknowingly slept in) I found that the drain in the tub was clogged. Lastly I also noted that the 'chain' lock on the door had been installed incorrectly - so it offered no protection whatsoever. Please save yourself the feeling of pure disgust, and find other accomodations. (I really wish we had driven a little further South on I95 and found a better room.) However, I have learned an important tip for everyone that stays in hotels - Tear apart the bed before you sleep in it - No matter how tired you are!
