The room and common areas were exceptionally clean, and the front desk and service staff very friendly and professional. Breakfast was a very pleasant surprise - the bacon, eggs, and cinnamon rolls were fantastic! There are several restaurants close by and the rooms have a microwave and small refrigerator, plus there is free wireless internet. I'll stay there again next time I'm in town.

Clean room it was a very big room, King Suite and also the pool area was very nice and clean

I 'm kind of confused because most of the reviews I read for this hotel are good and I really like staying at HI but no one mentioned how the beds were. We were in a handicapped room because it was the last one available and the mattress was very uncomfortable. Maybe in other rooms the beds are more comfortable I don't know. But when I stay at a hotel I don't really care about all the other stuff, if the bed is uncomfortable and I can't sleep then it was a total waste of money. Did everyone else who stayed here think the beds were comfortable?

Clewiston is a very depressed town or at least appears that way.

the Holiday inn may be the best in town but the rooms while there is nothing major wrong with them have a slight motel type odor and feel a bit old, even though the motel is fairly new.

We went here to attend a birding trip but otherwise would not stay in the area.

Service was fine. Rooms had the usual amenities. free internet. usual breakfast. pleasant service at check in.

nothing too exciting in terms of restaurants in town if you are into healthy type food. groceries - one local chain and a tremendous walmart.

notice the clewiston inn is rated well. we went over to check it out and were surprised at all the great reviews posted for it. The room we saw was small and nothing that great.
