Check in was flawless, and the hotel entry was beautiful. We stayed for one night on September 30th, 2011 in a room with two Quees beds. There was a coffee maker (complete with regular and decaf coffee, as well as hot tea, and all the accompaniments), a microwave, and a mini fridge. The room was amply stocked with linens and soaps, and had a beautiful large desk by the window. All room prices include free DSL and continental breakfast. The beds each had four pillows, labeled with either firm or soft on the pillowcase, which I had never seen before. The shower got hot quickly, and my hair felt super soft from their water. The TV got in many more channels then other hotels I have stayed in. I was HIGHLY impressed by their breakfast. Hands down best "continental" breakfast I have ever had. It had a hot section consisting of biscuits and gravy, scrambled eggs, sausage links, hot cinnamon rolls, and pancakes. They also offered hard boiled eggs, cereal, breads and bagels, danishes and muffins, yogurt and banannas. Beverages included two types of milk, hot tea, coffee (plenty, so guarenteed not to run out), hot chocolate, orange juice, apple juice, and one other type of juice that I can't remember. Staff was very friendly, and hotel was modernly decorated and very clean. Next door to the hotel was a Sonny's BBQ, as well as a Wendy's, and accross the street was a Super Walmart. Great central location. Would highly reccommend this Holiday Inn Express! It's the nicest, by far, of the hotels/motels in the area.
