me and two home girls stayed here for a trip to Tampa. First off the place is hard to find and since we aren't from Florida we had a hard time navigating around. The receptionist wasn't very helpful giving directions and no one who lives in clearwater seems to know about the place. When we finally got there the placed looks horrible on the outside. We finally got in the room and it was actually nice. seems like it had some updating recently but still needed some work. My friend called it the nicest roach motel she'd ever been to. We didn't see any bugs and the beds were comfortable. they do have wifi but where we were it was barely a signal. The pool is nice but don't recommend swallowing the water by accident. Doesn't seem to be any chlorine in it. The cleaning lady doesn't come while your there as the receptionist pointed out when we needed to get extra towels. Other than these things the place was otherwise decent. I recommend some more extra work put into the place to bring it up to a nice hotel.

Bugs everywhere, service sucks, beds are old, matter of fact everything in the room is ran down. Shady people living at hotel pool looks horrible. I will never stay here ever again. Hope the health department shuts them down.

The people who work here are very nice, and they try and help, but this place is beyond help. It needs to be burnt to the ground. It is 11pm and there are 4 different drunken parties around the pool screaming. As a single woman, I am afraid to walk to my car alone. I have had to complain about noise 5 times in a 4 day stay. Last night i killed 10 roaches in my room. In fact , as I write this I just had to call the police on the drunk trash around the pool I know it is cheap, but dear lord, stay somewhere else. I am leaving now, ten hours before check out and I am afraid of being attacked on my way out.. This review is dead serious, forget the stains on the floor, and the roaches this place is not safe women or families"

terrible experience paid upfront $800.00 for 15 day stay only stayed one night ,bugs and smell terrible not what expected,hot tub out of order,pool not kept,would not refund money,not even partial amount.as far as i'm concerned it was false advertising.
