I got sucked into purchasing a timeshare here, and it was a huge mistake! It's beautiful, they are pros at selling the dream, and the name lends them prestige, but once you buy into it they walk all over you. Have to buy into the splash club to even use the amenities, being an owner and paying dues every year isn't enough. I can't even let my daughter of legal age go play for a day; I personally have to go over and check her in! What a waste! We won't even go into how I was treated the one time I used the restaurant there. Wish they would help me sell the thing and be done with it.

We enjoyed our week at the resort. The water park was fun for the kids. It is a short walk to the beach. We bought boogie boards which ended up being cheaper than renting. We stayed in a one bedroom apartment which was plenty of room for our family of 4. We drove to Universal Studios and Seaworld which are about an hour away. The live animal show was great. The New Years Eve magic show was very entertaining. Lots of activities for the family with even a movie theater that runs all day with kid friendly movies.

They will try to sell you an interest in the resort. We for the pitch but didn't buy.

I love Cape Canaveral. It's so small town Florida and yet nestled in this spot is this adorable resort. We exchanged RCI points and I'd do it again if given the chance. The restaurant on site is great and reasonably priced although not enough selection to keep you occupied for an entire week.The pool and waterslide area, lazy river are great for families and very clean. The service is great and very close to the port where there are fantastic excursions, restaurants, etc. We'd come again and bring the grandkids and make sure to book larger balcony suites.

We stayed one night in this resort. The staff was really friendly.
However, the room we got did not have windows and it was not specified in our reservation. Moreover, you can definitely hear your neighbors.
However, swimming pool looks nice and fun (it was raining on that day).
