Gloria Reeves was terrific! We spent one night passing through town before the hoildays and Gloria was outstanding at breakfast with 3 kids.

I was here for business for two nights and thoroughly enjoyed my stay. The staff here is absolutely superb! Everywhere I went I was greeted by a genuine smile and appropriate salutation. The rooms are spacious and comfortable. It’s nice to spread your work out and not feel so cramped. It’s a rare treat to be in a room this size.

I tried out their restaurant, Basil, for two days and the food was good; the signature burger was prepared just as I ordered.

The hotel has an adequate fitness center for cardio and free weights along with a good sized indoor pool. The area was clean and free of clutter.

All in all, it was a nice stay and I would come back again. Its the staff that makes the difference in this place!

You have an excellent waitress working in the Basil Restaurant. Her name is Gloria Reeves. She is charming, with a great sense of humor, and is an excellent waitress.

Very spacious rooms , friendly staff. The area was deserted on a Sunday night, but it was a great spot for an overnight shopping trip and visit to Longwood Gardens.
