The rooms are beyond dirty...they are nasty. Would love to be able to post photos of the floors and the AC duct. Wouldn't have stayed here, but late at night and everything was full.

shut this trap down please...highlights..used underwear found when we pulled back sheets..food under sofa bed, crud all over bathroom doors, cornes of room..breakfast room nasty...bathromm in breakfast room had tub with dust balls hair and not cleaned in months..was afraid to even drink the coffee as water to make must have come from that nasty bathroom.. ( was a hotel room converted to a breakfast room..)Late arrival after 11 pm. Booked 2 queen suite with sofa bed. The ac was not working in the suite, front desk guy, did not believe us when we called. So i invited him up to see the big note left on the unit that it was OoO. Next room was musty, ac worked, covers had spots, I asked about it, he said they were clean, 'but its not like we are putting them on pour bodies'..went downhill from there. It was now after midnight so moved family in . Pulled out sofa bed..paper thin matress pathetic, under the sofa was food, utensils, dust balls..had not been cleaned in eons. Corners of room were filled with dust, bathroom doors had finger prints and footprints.. ansd the worse ever...pulled back sheets used underwear fell out..can u say run fast enough, I cancelled the rest of my stay, manager gave me 50% off a $115 room rate..was too sick in the stomach athte uncleanliness of the place to stay and ask for full refund..
breafast was so bad..3rd rate yougurt, waffle machine grease caked..ceilings and hallways all cracked..the only thin looking photo worthy was the pool which does lok like photos..the rooms, bathrooms, fron halways, everything elsse...Naaaasty..

We arrived late July 28th and check-in. The counter male person was more interested in watching TV then assisting us. He kept turning his back to watch TV. After 20 minutes we were finally check in. The room seemed nice initially but upon closer inspection the bedspreads were disgusting and not cleaned. Exhausted we went to bed. In morning went to bathroom and it was disgusting. It was not cleaned from previous person(s). We informed the morning manager and he said he would tell the housekeeper. What good does that do except help the next person. I would not recommend the hotel. It would be batter to spend the extra dollars at another hotel then stay here.

This disgusting places doesn't deserve their name. Horrible idea to stay here. Half of our party (which was many rooms) had to be moved due to un-livable room conditions. Apparently they canceled their premium breakfast so we got stale cereal and breads along with generic low-quality yogurt. Staff was either resentful, talking rather than helping us, or nervous and jumpy. The ONLY good thing is the very large pool and grassy area, but that plus is nothing compared to the multitude of minuses. It's being put up for sale (THANK GOD) so hopefully the new owners will knock this dump down and put something, anything up instead
