I stayed 3 nights. The Guest House is very clean (they even sweep the parking lot on a daily basis!) Room is clean and fairly spacious. I was on the 3rd floor and while it's good for me to climb stairs, it got old, especially when lugging suicases, ect. Only complaint was that it was noisy in the afternoons, when I wanted some quiet time. I could her doors banging on both floors. The breakfasts were entirely adequate...what I would fix myself at home. Muffins, bagels, fresh fruit, coffee, etc. Hosts were very friendly, esp. Mark who made a point of knowing everyone's name. Mostly gay clientele but I saw a straight couple one morning. You can easily walk to town or the ((gay)) beach.
