A large clean suite, ample parking, a friendly staff and a wonderful location. It all made for a nice weekend getaway.

We have been staying at Brighton Suites for the past three years and have always been quite satisfied with this hotel. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The rooms are very clean. This year the bathrooms have been renovated which was a great perk. This hotel is centrally located in Rehoboth. It's close to everything - the boardwalk, beach, as well as a short walk to town. They provide you with chairs, towels and umbrellas for no charge. There are many good restaurants here as well. Attached to the hotel is Sammy's which is a great place for breakfast. We ate here every morning. Also down the street on Wilmington Ave. is a great Mexican restaurant called Mariachis. They have great food and excellent Sangria. We had a great few days here and can't wait to come back next fall.

Brighton Suites is in a good location, very convenient to the beach and shops. I did not care for the layout of the hotel and felt it to be kind of dark and dreary and in need of updating and repair. All of the carpets were filthy. Although, the lobby was nice. Dinner at the Henlopen City Oyster House, which is located just up the street on the same side as the hotel, was expensive and not worth it. I can't remember the name of the breakfast place located a hop, skip, and jump from the hotel and on the same side of the street, but it was very good; we ate breakfast there every morning. Won't be be back, sorry.

Good for a short stay. The property has a pleasant front desk/reception area. The staff were very friendly. There is a small pool suitable for small children. The room was clean but fairly noisy. We could hear and feel when guests in neighboring rooms or the hallway were walking by. This was a little disconcerting! In the living room/dining room area there is a wet bar type setup with a small sink, small refrigerator and small microwave. Very close, 1-1/2 blocks to the beach. One block from Rehoboth Avenue.
