Very Nice Place to Stay. Shuttle service very convenient along with free beach towel and beach chair use. We brought our own umbrella which fit easily on back of 8 person shuttle cart. There is a basement floor parking garage and open portico parking. Wine and cheese at 5p in the main lobby and nice breakfast daily. I was in town for a conference and it was an easy walk to conference center. Our King bed room with full sofa looked out over Lake Avenue. It was quiet during sleep hours. It is a nice walk towards Lake Gerar and the Ocean. Rehoboth is a well kept city with daily trash pick-up but I didn't see any recycle trash cans around town. Go to Rehoboth website and read up on parking meters and day passes before visiting.

My husband and I would stay again.

Just returned from 5 night stay. Check in within minutes. Very efficient.Off -street parking very valuable as it is 3.5 blocks from the beach and very walkable to there + many excellent restaurants and shops. Hotel very clean and housekeeping staff courteous. Made up room twice daily. Our room overlooked adjacent neighborhood to the rear of the property and away from busy Rehobeth Avenue and would advise same.
Each evening there was lobby reception with wine and snacks-also nice touch.Complimentary breakfast repetitive, but nice.Front desk staff very professional and polite.
Half block to convention center very helpful as well. Complimentary shuttle to beach + free chairs and beach towels also made for high value experience.
Would definitely stay again and give full recommendations.

Room tip: Room away from Rehobeth Avenue- too busy.

We decided to try Hotel Rehoboth after reading about it on Trip Advisor, and we are sold! The room had luxurious towels and sheets, plush robes, a spacious seating area, Aveda bath and shower products, two bottles of water each day, a beautiful breakfast with fresh fruit (strawberries, blueberries, pineapples, etc), wine and cheese in the afternoon, 7:00 pm turn-down service with fresh towels, and high quality chocolates on our pillow.
However, the most amazing part was walking down to the desk, asking for a ride to the beach, waiting no more than 5 minutes to be shuttled to the beach by a large open air beach shuttle, then handed towels and chairs from the hotel. When we finished our day, we called the number on the hair of the chairs, and within 5 to 10 minutes, there was our friendly pick-up service to take our chairs and towels and drive us back with a cool breeze blowing as we drove past hot, tired walkers, loaded down with their chairs and beach bags. We decided this was a true beach vacation, and when we factored in the free breakfast, the wine and cheese, etc., it really wasn't a huge change of expense. (The only negative is that the pool was a little small and they did not have poolside umbrellas for shade which I really need.) Also, the staff was friendly, helpful, and super efficient, and the entire hotel, including our room, was spotlessly clean! That was really impressive. Thanks Trip Advisor reviewers for helping us find a true get-a-way at the beach!

Room tip: We chose a basic room with no balcony and no significant view because we still got all the hotel amenities, and the room was still awesome!

We really looked forward to this hotel, but it was just okay. The major drawback for me was the parking. It's incredibly limited and cramped. We felt like we couldn't leave after we found a spot. The lights in the room were infuriating because a switch controlled the power to the lamps. Our room also had issues with the power outlets; I couldn't charge my phone in the top of any outlet--only the bottom. The bathroom didn't have an exhaust fan, so it became steamy and hot quickly. With that being said, there were many positives, too. The wine, cheese, and crackers every night were awesome, but the cookies were really the star. The available beach chairs and beach towels were also awesome. The front desk staff and housekeeping members were all very nice people. So overall, our stay was okay.

This is our 4th year coming to the hotel and the 51st year that our family has been coming to Rehoboth. The rooms are oversized and very clean. The rooms offer coffee and a fridge which is nice. The hotel offers a small breakfast each morning and a happy hour cheese and wine hour. The location is ideal with Starbucks and a liquor store around the corner. My only issue is the service. We checked in and the front desk person was very flustered. We were the only people there. As a former industry person. A customer should never see that. Also I'm from the Midwest and we are friendly. There was never a sincere hello, with a smile at anytime. My husband discovered that he left his toiletry bag at home and we asked if the hotel had anything. They were less than helpful. The attitude seems to be more about the employee and how we were lucky to stay there. Next year we may try the other nice one closer to the beach.
