I stayed at this hotel for 5 days and was astounded at how well the staff took care of us. I stayed at hotels across the south for work and have only seen this level of service a few times and the moviebeam service was incredible. I would highly recommend this hotel for business or pleasure.

When I booked the Best Western Plus in Louisville for my Colorado trip, it was supposed to be merely a place to crash after a late arriving flight at Denver Airport. Since I was heading up towards Estes Park, for $56 this place seemed to fit the bill perfectly. I was expecting it to be like a typical two-star budget hotel. Boy was I wrong!

Despite arriving just after midnight, I was quickly checked in and assigned a room. What a room! It was a sparkling modernized/renovated 1-bedroom suite with high quality finishes throughout. It even included two flat screen TV's- one in the living room and one in the bedroom, as well as a jetted jacuzzi tub in the bathroom, a microwave oven and a mini-refrigerator. It looked/felt more like a suite at The W than a Best Western. My only regret was that I was not able to check in earlier to enjoy the suite longer.

The $56 rate also included free wi-fi internet and continental breakfast. This is a serious steal, folks. I've stayed at higher end hotels like the Boulderado, yet this hotel is, hands-down, far superior and at a fraction of the cost. Highly, highly recommended!

Both phones in suite did not work. Air conditioner did not work. Breakfast and lobby area dirty till noon. A 2 star motel that needs work!

The area that it is in, is safe and nice..but inconvenient if looking for a Boulder hotel. In a quiet area with other hotels, restaurants, and shopping.

The key did not work, so the front desk person reset it. Still didn't work. She reset it again. This time the key unlocked the door...the room was occupied with someone in bed! They were very upset...and so were we. The front desk person just laughed it off and said it was not her fault.

The new room we were given was dirty. Heater smelled awful--just like burnt hair. The filter obviously has not been changed in long time, if ever. Sheets were wrinkled and bed loosely made--like someone had slept in it. We were on first floor with large window that had a very loose insecure lock and a bent screen that looked like room had been broken into. Other rooms nearby had bent screens, also. We asked for an extra blanket; instead of a blanket they brought us a heavy bedspread. Morning breakfast was poor quality heated in microwave and brought out to buffet.

Would never recommend this hotel to anyone.
