Please do not stay here if you are expecting a quiet time. We had a barking dog next door to us that barked all day and night. These units are individually owned and some owners allow dogs while others don't. The dog's room was directly cornered to ours so we heard barking like the dog was at our door. Also, our website advertised washer and dryer in the room which is not true. They are, however, on the floor.

We stayed in this building July of 2004 and rented a one-bedroom unit. Each unit is individually owned. Everything was newer and quality (slate, hardwood, double sink in bathroom) and the summer prices can't be beat - $89.00 per night and that included full kitchen with dishwasher and all you'd need in the way of appliances and gadgets, TV, VCR, gas fireplace, deck, indoor pool and jacuzzi on site, underground parking, a laundry room on the floor as well as an exercise room. I believe it included internet accessability also. There is not a front desk person on site or a restarant on the premises, but there was a good hispanic restaurant within a stone's throw.

There was not one negative in the condo unit inself, but I guess only that the building is on the main highway and although the view from the balcony wasn't hideous, it wasn't picturesque either could be viewed by some as a "negative." But at $89.00 a night (summer is cheaper, I think it may run double that or a bit more in the ski season), we would definitely stay there again.
