I stayed here recently 1 night for business.
Nice, modern lobby. Bar and restaurant also very modern and looked to be a place where a lot of folks were relaxing and had a good time. Good ambiance.
Room is okay size. My room had a little porch area that was a nice touch.
The front desk staff needs a little work. Called the front desk with an issue and was immediately put on hold for over 5 minutes. It was awkwardly handled.
Checkin was also a little less courteous than I expected, as a frequent stayer. It was okay, but no mention of breakfast, room preference, or room upgrade opportunities. Didn't really try to make me feel welcome.
Overall still 4 of 5 for the ambiance and the price. Price was fantastic for the accommodations received: About $55 with Tax. That impressive. Even though it was a business expense, I still enjoy getting good value at the hotels I stay at, regardless of reason.
I would stay here again for business or pleasure.

Got a good weekend deal at this place after a bad experience at another hotel. This was a great place to stay. Well kept. New place. Great staff and really helpful even at 4 in the morning. Great room and I loved the location. Would recommend it any day if you get a good deal on the price.

If you're looking for an affordable hotel near DTC, this is the best I've found so far.
Quiet, but close to I-25 and Arrapahoe. Clean rooms. Staff is friendly and attentive.
Starbucks is on the property! and the lobby resaturant/bar is a nice addition.
The minus'- parking - you may have to walk around the building to get to the lobby.
Give it a try, you won't be disappointed.

The breakfast I choose to try was egg with bacon, cheese on a sourdough bread. I would rather go to mcdonalds for flavor and it upset my stomach, other then that the people that worked there were incredibly nice. the room was great. I stayed there four nights and couldnt sleep. They have what I believe is those temperpedic mattresses, and I prefer to sleep on the old spring matresses. I couldnt move that easy and didnt sleep much. The best part is that there is an arby's right accross the street. There is also a gunther tuddy's really close. If you stay here you really should check out gunthers. It is an experience worth while. the internet is a little weird to connect to but does work.
