Stayed at the Homewood Suites Fort Collins Jan 9 - 13, 2012. The facility is great, the food is amazing - dinner every night of our stay was unbelievable in the selection and quality. Breakfast was equally as delicious.

We did have a bit of a noise issue when there was a dripping sound in the wall but the maintenance staff tried to fix it and when it came back we were moved to another room, even upgraded! The original room we had was exceptionally nice but the one we were moved to was over the top!! The manager, Kent Stein was exceptionally helpful and concerned with helping to make things right and checked in with us every time he saw us after that, even coming by twice while we were having breakfast just to check in and make sure everything was ok.

I am planning a cross country move and was so impressed with the Homewood Suites after staying here that I am booking as many of them during my trip as I can find on my route! And I can't wait to get back to Fort Collins to stay at this hotel again.

Everyone was extremely nice. Food was delicious both breakfast and dinner. The pool was nice and warm so you didn't freeze while swimming. It was a wonderful experience. My son got sick and the gal at the front desk was so helpful to us. We stayed two nights and will definately return. Everything was very clean and I am a very picky person in that sense.

This hotel had exceptional customer service. Yes, the two bedroom suite we stayed in was great. The living area with kitchenette suited our family of four quite well. My husband and I had plenty of space to relax while our two toddlers napped. We also used the swimming pool, fitness center and laundry facilities which were just fine. But the staff here were outstanding. When we called to ask for extra towels, they were delivered to the door within minutes. The housekeeping staff were flexible, working around our kids' naptimes. I was definitely impressed.

I am from out of state and the staff here has gone above & beyond. Unable to mention everyone who has made me feel at home here, but I have to mention Janice Anthony. I have never been away from my family for the holidays, however Janice cooked a wonderful meal for us, including homemade pies. Can't say thank you enough.....
