What a great place. The food was good and reseravations are a requirement on Saturday night if you don't want to wait for a table. They have a bar in the back room and we waited there for our table. The bartender was good and made a nice drink. We had sushi rolls for dinner and the food was excellent. If we lived in Fort Collins this would be our regular place, but since we were on vacation it was a treat for us to find this place. We would certainly come back here as the food and drinks were very good and the service was excellent for us.

We love this place. We usually go with a group and everyone picks a few of the rolls/sushi off the paper menu. They bring it out on big trays, so we just all share. Its always fresh and delicious and reasonably priced. Everything comes with miso soup and a small salad. If you still have room after dinner, be sure to get a mochi ice cream ball.
They've recently opened a new restaurant in the same town on harmony. The food is good there, but the atmosphere just doesn't compare to the one on Linden street.

As a Japanese American, I have a discerning taste for Sushi. As a NYer, I am a sushi snob. Be that as it may, Suehiro impressed me. The selection of fish was slightly better than standard, and the presentation was pleasant- though slanted towards an american flair. Service is kind and friendly, but not so well versed- in sushi at least. The decor of the place screams cowboy-sushi, and is nice in a FoCo kind of way. I suspect more mountain bikers frequent this place than business travelers. Needless to say, the sushi chef is from Japan and lends a tremendous amount of authenticity to the place. The fish is good, and the prices are reasonable. Good enough that they can open a second location across town.

All very unique sushi rolls, but overall not my favorite. Price seemed pretty reasonable though, and not by any means the worst sushi I have had. But to rate this the number 5 spot in all of fort collins? I dont think so...
