Overall we were satisfied with this hotel for our single night stay before our early morning flight at DIA. We left our car parked in their lot for the week we were gone, it stayed safe. The price for the one night stay plus 7 days of parking was very affordable and reasonable. The staff were very friendly and helpful (both night and morning shifts).
The continental breakfast provided wasn't huge, but we didn't mind since we don't eat much before flights. My husband and I both found enough selection to suffice. We did greatly appreciate that the breakfast begins at 4 AM, much earlier than most hotels, since we had to leave for the airport at 5:40 AM.
The shuttle to and from DIA was extremely convenient, clean and the drivers were friendly. We got to the airport within 15 minutes, and when we arrived back to DIA the shuttle picked us up almost immediately. They do run a scheduled stop every 30 minutes, but the timing worked out perfectly that we didn't have to wait more than 5 minutes.
NEGATIVE: This is the only negative aspect of our entire experience. The heater in the room was so loud and rattling that neither of us were able to sleep more than 20 minutes before being awakened. It was awful. The room was clean, and the heater did work so we stayed warm. We had no other complaints about the room or the hotel, just that stupid heater! We arrived late, were exhausted and didn't feel like changing rooms at midnight, otherwise I would have requested a change. When checking out, I read a notice that was posted at the front desk that they are currently working to update and renovate the in-room heaters, so apparently our room wasn't done yet.
Overall, I would stay at this hotel again when flying out of DIA. The staff were friendly, the price was right, and the shuttle schedule and location were great.
