“"Terrible" ratings unfounded. It's a fine hotel.”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed 4 January 2012

I felt nonplussed when my Travelocity "Top Secret Hotel" gamble landed me at the Warwick. After all, the TripAdvisor "terrible" reviews (19, compared to 95 "excellent" at the time of my booking) warned of ominous, mysterious surcharges, and indifferent service.

Stephen, at the front desk, assured me that the $26 valet parking fee was not "mandatory." I found free parking, and plenty of it, on the street. The pool was not working (heater) but beautiful to look at. I did not see, or look for, a gym.

We were in 412, a small King room. It was quiet.

The room service coffee tasted like Folger's that had sat on the burner too long. I didn't complain about it, but the manager waived the charge anyway because of the pool problem.

Every single staff member I encountered was not only pleasant, but intriguingly cheerful. The valet gave me good tips on jogging, and restaurants. There are fantastic choices for drinking, dining and entertainment within yards of the hotel.

“Nice hotel”

Stayed for a night, before a ski trip.
Bid from Priceline and got a nice spacey room.

Room is clean and staffs were friendly, got an infant daughter, so we needed to ask for hot water couple times.
Tried the burger at hotel restaurant and it was delicious
Location is a bit further away from the 16th street Mall and restaurants, but if you have a car, there're plenty of free street parking in the neighborhood.

“Horrible!”
1 of 5 stars Reviewed 31 December 2011

Would give this place a 0 overall If I could...obnoxiously loud construction going on all three days we were there in the rooms next to us and all they could say was sorry...at least that's what I think they said since I couldn't hear them over the drilling....yes it was seriously that loud

“Conveniently located quality Hotel”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed 29 December 2011

I recently needed to travel to Denver on business and after researching hotels in the down city area decided on the Warwick Denver because of its proximity to where I needed to be and the reviews I read on Tripadvisor. I was not disappointed with my decision. The Hotel is well maintained, convenient to down town and very reasonable. Check in was effortless. The staff was superb and my suite was comfortable and well suited for my needs. The living area was large and comfortable. The desk had ample workspace and since I was staying in a suite the Wi-Fi was free. I ordered room service while I was there which was delivered promptly and exactly as I ordered it. The suite had a large service bar area with the usual snacks, coffee and bottled water. Under the counter there was a minibar but it was locked and I did not receive a key at time of check in. A minor inconvenience. The bed was comfortable and above all the suite was very clean. The bathroom was smaller than I would expect in a suite and the lighting was adequate, but could have been better. There was a large balcony outside the suite but the view was of a parking lot.

Overall I enjoyed my stay at the hotel and will return again when I travel to Denver.

Room Tip: If you are interested in a view, and there are some spectacular ones, be sure to ask at time of chec...

“Affordable and fantastic!”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed 29 December 2011

we booked the reservation through motels.com and we were a little weary at first getting an excellent price but thinking we were gonna get some second rate room. The room was first rate, hotel right in the middle of downtown, walking distance to everything that is great about Denver. The staff and Service was excellent!!! My only issue was having to park next door at $15/night because they only have valet at $26/night but it beat parking on the street!
