We just left the Holiday Inn Express in Brighton where we were treated like gold during our two week stay. I never expected to be treated poorly at the Hyatt, not once, but three times within hours of arrival. We were going to use our car immediately and wanted to leave the car on the street. The bellboy's attitude suggested that we were morons not to use the hotel's very costly valet service. The irritated check in clerk wouldn't give me the keys to the room, leaving me sitting in the lobby for 1.5 hrs, until my husband whose business card was used to pay for the room, returned to claim the keys to the room. Yes they upgraded us for that stunt. Then I went up to the club room for a drink with my daughter. The hostess asked me if she was my granddaughter!!! I'm 40ish and in good shape. Give me a break. Our room is beautiful, the food in the club room is wonderful, and Denver is great, but some of the people working here need a lesson in manners.
