I had to stay in downtown Denver for business and my colleague picked this location. I'm glad he did as it was in a great location and I had a wonderful stay. The staff was very friendly and the room was very nice (and QUIET!!). The hotel is about a block off the 16th Street Mall, which was great. It is so easy to find a great place to eat or get a drink on the Mall. I would definitely stay at this hotel again, and hope to do so soon.

Several members of our family stayed at Hilton Garden Inn Denver Downtown while in town for a wedding, and we couldn't have enjoyed our stay more. Perfectly situated between the Convention Center and the fun restaurants/entertainment/shopping of the 16th Street Mall, this beautiful hotel also has an amazing staff. From check-in to departure, the desk staff and Pi Restaurant staff get an A+ for service, offering our lively group every possible guest accommodation. Our rooms were lovely, the lobby area inviting (one sitting area with television and another with a fireplace) and the meal options delightful, including eggs cooked to order with the breakfast buffet.
Kudos and many thanks to this great hotel for paying attention to every detail to make our stay wonderful!

The staff go out of their way to ensure service levels are of the highest standard. The restaurant and bar are fairly standard but the food was surprisingly good. Coupled again with excellent service. The only thing that let's the hotel down is that it urgently needs updating. The rooms are tired and need to loose that 80's look. Still with service levels so high it seems churlish to complain. One small thing 5 dollars for a bottle of water is plain crazy. Bring your own.

Stayed on a business trip for a week. It's located in a very convenient location. Very close to the downtown stores, yet far enough from the noises. They also provides some free cookies and refreshments all day long, which is great after a long day of conferences. I've got several packages mailed to the hotel prior to my arrival and they keep them until i arrived.
