I stayed here for business for a few nights in early January 2012 and my experience was pretty much in line with other Courtyard locations I have stayed at. The rooms have nice high ceilings (which make the rooms feel much bigger) and all the usual amenities. In this case there is a Starbucks just outside the lobby which was very handy in the mornings. The hotel is right in the heart of the 16th Street Promenade so there are plenty of restaurant/bar/shopping options within a few blocks. I would absolutely stay here again when visiting downtown Denver.

I spent a lot of time here in 2011 and their service was very consistent. Staff have a can do attitude and go out of their way to make your stay pleasant. It us also a stop on the free mall bus.

While Courtyard Marriotts are not full service, the Courtyard Marriott Downtown Denver feels like a full-service hotel with an excellent, friendly staff that bends over backwards to make you feel at home. It is always a real pleasure to spend time there for business or pleasure.

This hotel is right on the Mall and has great rooms. Try for a corner room, they are really roomy. They have a huge lobby and have a great happy hour on certain days. There is a Starbucks in just off the lobby. Also has a good restaurant, the Rialto. I love their breakfast. The elevators can be a little slow but it's easy to walk anywhere within the hotel. You can't get a better location for a weekend stay downtown.
