Our family of 4 stayed a week in J101. We found the condo very comfortable and it is nicely appointed. The galley type kitchen was well stocked with anything you could want, including a small crock pot, blender, Cuisanart coffee maker, etc. The beds were comfortable and towel exchange happened about every other day. There is a small wood burning fireplace and a firewood room upstairs from the unit had logs at the ready. An indoor hot tub and sauna are about 20 steps away. There is a small storage locker by the entrance door where we could place our ski equipment. This unit is termed ski in/out but the snow this year was sparse. We could ski out (might have been tricky for a beginner) but definitely were not able to ski in.

Walking to the base area is doable (probably about 15 minutes). There is a Mountain Express bus that picks you up at the end of the driveway (at San Moritz entrance) as well. This is the bus that just caters to the mountain (from my understanding) and there a few a different shuttles that service specific areas. Schedules for stop times vary. We took the Mountain Express bus to get to the base to catch the Mountain Town bus. There is also the San Moritz Suburban that will take you wherever you would like to go as well as pick you up from town and contact phone numbers are provided. We didn't receive a return call for about 20 minutes the first time we called for transportation. I asked if there was a specific system and was told the phone system was acting up at the time but the problem had been fixed. We tried again a few days later and found it a very convenient service. Wait time is probably not more than 10 minutes.

The office staff and drivers could not be any more pleasant. Some of the nicest I have met.

The price was good for the unit. We have also stayed at other properties in Crested Butte.

There is a limited slope side view that can be seen by standing at the doorway and it is partially obstructed by the corner of the building. The view out the master bedroom and front windows is of the parking lot below, some houses beyond that, and of mountains in the distance (I don't know the names of them). People do walk in front of the condo on their way to and from the slopes.

We stayed in K102. Really nice condo, new beds and furniture, pretty colors. Stocked with everything you could want in a kitchen. Beautiful view from the porch - they have lawn chairs to relax in. Dogs enjoyed it, too. Dog bowls and a doggy place mat were in the pantry. Grassy, wildflower meadow in front of porch - easy to take dogs for a walk. Nice, friendly place and good value. We would ask for this unit again.

The condo was outstanding with easy access. It has a beautiful view and great for summer and winter fun!

My friends and I had a wonderful trip to Crested Butte over the 4th! The condo was newly remodeled and very clean. We loved being on the ground floor. I agree with the note left in the guest book that mentioned how well equipped the kitchen was. We enjoyed staying in and cooking! The condo has a real feeling of the mountains. Excellent accommodations! Will definitely like to stay here again.
