My wife and I stayed at this Hotel in September and were not satisfied with the service we received. Despite being promised a full refund we are still waiting 2 months later. The manager a Mr Bates, promised a full refund in line with Hampton Inns 100% satisfaction policy, but we have not received one. Upon contacting Mr Bates, he stated that the refund has been made, but we have not received it. He is either unable or unwilling to trace the so called refund through the Hampton Inns system, so we will never stay here again or indeed at any other Hampton Inn. They have just lost regular customers. So much for customer satisfaction and their 100% refunds policy. What a load of bull.
