Had stayed here a few years ago on our way to Crested Butte for a ski vacation, I was very satisfied before they had upgraded the facilities to a "Plus" designation. Extremely comfortable and quiet. A number of awards are displayed in the lobby and they are well deserved. At about 4 PM check-in, there were a number of potential clients that wanted a room, but were turned away due to full occupancy. Word to the wise...book sooner than later. Very friendly staff and helpful. Don't miss this one!

I have to be honest and say we were a little worried about our stay at Buena Vista as there is little choice in hotels but we needn't have worried as the BW Plus at Buena Vista was a welcome oasis on our long journey. The rooms were spacious and clean with comfortable beds.

We used the pool which was a good size as well as being lovely and clean.

I would agree that the internet was a bit temperamental but we managed.

It is situated on the main road but this was not a problem. There was no noise.
The hotel had a lovely mountain view outlook at the front.

Breakfast was a little sparce but offered adequate food to start the day.

Lodging in Buena Vista is limited so this was a good choice after driving by the other options. The hotel and rooms were clean. The bed was comfortable and room amenities were standard but more than adequate. We came by motorcycle and the front desk clerk offered to let us park under the front entrance canopy. Many hotels won't allow this so we aprpeciated this extra touch. Our room was above the swimming pool and we could hear kids voices in the early evening but pool hours limited them from staying too late. There is a coffee cafe on site so nice to have access to a latte, chai, etc. rather than the limited options at the continential breakfast. Overall, we were satisfied with this hotel and would consider staying again if in the area.

Hotel was clean. Bed was comfortable and service was good. I stayed here for 2 days but in 2 different rooms since I decided to extend my stay after checking out for the first night. The first room was better, though in term of the layout of furniture even though it was on the same side of the second room. Breakfast was okay and a lot of choices. I will definitely stay in this hotel again.
