This hotel was just OK - may be the best place in Victorville, but I have not stayed elsewhere so can not compare. Was given a handicapped room on the first floor when requested top floor - did not like the room layout at all and could hear tons of noise from people above me. The wifi was nice and free and the cookies provided in the evening were great. Breakfast was also very nice as well (not free). Overall it was a very average hotel, not too bad, not too good.

Good quality and service at this establishment. In the centre of Victorville. The desk girl was pleasant and the room was neat and tidy. Breakfast was also very good, decent price also. Only negative is that some Hiltons (this one included) have paper thin walls and floors. People walking normally in room above you thump about !

Nonetheless, I recommend this Motel very highly. Would stay here again, no problem.

Highly acceptable room/value. Very clean and comfortable. Staff was great - even though on the holiday weekend, they were understaffed. - the staff that had to cover everything (especially one poor fellow doing the entire restaurant) was great. Great breakfast buffet/value. Pool and jacuzzi were gross, though- there had been a lot of kids there from a soccer team or something, but I was disappointed to not be able to relax in the water.

We travel a lot with our girls sports teams . We have been to all kinds of places from big cities, to some random broke down town. I was very happy our team chose this hotel. I researched the area & options for a few hours all over the Internet. We needed a nice clean safe and comfortable hotel for the weekend, as we had a minimum of 6 games from Saturday to Monday. I picked the place and our coach blocked our rooms for the team. I was able to work from my room on the free internet. I brought my own ethernet cable, but found one in the desk also.I was perfectly comfortable working my 8 hours remotely in the room at the very nice desk....also I didn't have to go to the fields the day I worked...which was fine with me. The TV channles were limited, but we watched showes from my computer. The room was clean and the beds were awesome. They were the adjustable kind. 2 kinds of bed pillows and really really nice staff. They tolerated our very excitable girls, but did "shut them down" when they got too loud. We got free cookies at night also (front desk). There are too many nice things to say...but let me give you 2 more examples of the great service. I was working and found the cleaning lady with her cart....I asked for another coffee pouch and sweet and low. She left for a minute and came back with 3 packs of coffee and lots of sweet and low. I was able to work my shift due to the added caffeine. LOVED HER. And the last great thing. My husband left his $125.00 king size temperpidic Select Comfort pillow. They found it with-in minutes of our call. The pillow is large, so the staff was at a loss to how to get it to us....I asked them to roll it up and pack it into a box...It compresses into a large priority mail box. I just got it today. I am blown away by the kindness and helpfulness of this staff our whole stay...and even after. We will not stay anywhere else when we go back to Victorville.
