“Great modern clean rooms close to Magic Mountain”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed 26 January 2012

Stayed for 1 night following a day at Magic Mountain. Checkin a little slow. Within 5 minutes drive from the Park. Hotel seems to be in a Business Park but is just off the highway. Could hear a little traffic noise. No Free Wi Fi at Embassy but a very good cook to order breakfast. Used the business centre and has internet access and a little printing for no charge. Ample parking. Manager made themselves known during breakfast. Two room suite had two doubles plus a fold out in the other room which suited our family of 5. No problems to report would stay again.

“WONDERFUL HOTEL”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed 21 January 2012

The Embassy Suites in Valencia is modern, clean, with a wonderful cooked to order breakfast in the morning. We heard no noise in our room. Loved the big bathroom and shower. Everyone was very kind and welcoming. We always prefer this hotel when in the area.

“Great hotel but noisy.”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed 17 January 2012

This is the second time we've stayed at this hotel and it is conveniently located with respect to Magic Mountain. If you've ever stayed at an Embassy Suites, you'll know what your getting in to as most of them are the same. Great, comfortable rooms that have a fridge and microwave. This particular hotel, for us, however, has been noisy both times. I have no problem with people staying up all night and stomping around above me, as long as it doesn't transfer through the floors. I rarely stay in hotels where this happens, but on both stays here, this was the case, so my guess is that it was how the hotel was built. If this doesn't bother you, should be no problem. Plus, if you get a room over one of the event rooms, understand that the events, (weddings, etc.) may go on very late and you may need to endure the noise from that. Otherwise, this, like most Embassy Suites, is a great product.

Room Tip: Get a fourth floor room if possible.

“Great omelettes”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed 16 January 2012

We spent two nights here on the advice of a friend from the area. No real faults here except no complementary wireless/internet in your room. There was a manger's reception the first night and this offered complementary drinks and some corn chips and dips (food changes each night). Our boys enjoyed the pool and spa even though it was the middle of December. We could watch them from the inside comfort and warmth of the lounge area.
The breakfast in the morning was the highlight. You could custom order your omelette and they were good. The suite easily accommodated the four of us ( 2 adults and 2 older boys) and the bathroom was large.
We all had good nights sleep, even the boys on the sofa bed.

“Clean and Modern”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed 15 January 2012

We arrived very late, for a one night stay on business. My first impression as I walked into the lobby was that it was the most modern Embassy Suites we've stayed at. It has a feng shui feel to it with the water wall and the fireplaces.
I would have given the property a 5 star review if our room was bigger. The property seems to be brand new, but the feel is that they crammed a lot of rooms to fill them up vs the larger suites we are use to from staying at the Embassy Suites Lake Tahoe or the one near Disneyland. We thought we were getting two queen beds when we made the reservation, however they are double beds. Since we were traveling with 2 kids we really would have appreciated the queen beds. It was super late and we didn't feel like taking out the sofa sleeper out for them so that my husband and I could each sleep in one of the tiny beds. I did appreciate the hot tea available to make in the room, but I would have loved a decaf option. I know that sounds very petty and I could have brought my own decaf tea to make, but it's just a little suggestion to help those of us who need to sleep. I am making this suggestion from previous experience from a different hotel chain that does offer a decaf option for tea. Also, a small Keurig coffe/tea maker would be perfect for the rooms because it is modern just like the feel of the overall hotel. Needless to say, I had a delicious cup of tea and I was up for another hour enjoying the flat screen tv out in the living room area because I couldn't sleep!
Breakfast in the morning was good. Loved the spaciousness of so many table options and since it was not a weekend, it was not crowded at all to wait for an omlette. The manager of the hotel was very gracious and was greeting the hotel guests in the dining room area that morning. Since we were not on a leisurely vacation, we could not enjoy the outdoor pools or the gym. We did choose it because we had children and needed the spaciousness of a typical Embassy Suites hotel. Perhaps because we were using reward points for this stay we were put in a smaller suite, so there could be bigger room options for those that need the bigger space. Overall, it is a perfect hotel for the business traveler without children.

Room Tip: Clarify if they have queen bed options and ask for a room near elevator because there are so many ro...
