Went to Temecula for a girls weekend away. Stayed at The Ramada. Room was clean and large/ Basic continental breakfast. Spa was hot and clean. Away from all the hub bub of the wineries but close enough to the casino

We were visiting our grandfather in Murrieta and decided to stay here because we got a great deal for the week. Hotel was clean, staff was friendly and helpful, and breakfast was sufficient. For the price, it would be hard to do better. We did not have noise distractions on the North side.

We stayed here for 2 nights while travelling in southern California, we liked Temecula and would return, but felt that for the price we could have found a better room in a more central location. Room was clean enough. Pool is not heated, so we couldn't use it. Our main complaint though was the price for the quality. If the price was better, we would stay again. Paid average of $115/night. AAA rate.

We decided to stay near Old Town to check out the shops and restaurants. We only live about an hour away so was just a day trip. This hotel is not a reasonable walking distance to old town as we were told. Neither of the restaurants next to it were open for business. This is a basic place. We kind of knew that going in but all nice places were booked. What really soured us was that my husband left his medication (for heart and cholesterol) on the vanity. He realized it when we got home and called right away. The desk said we would have to call back the next day. We did and had to really push them to check with the maid. First she told them she never saw it. Then she said she had thrown them out. So is she a liar or a thief. Did she keep them thinking they were worth anything. What moron would throw our medication, knowing we would call. I complained to everyone and they wouldn't even reimburse us for the cost of the medication, never mind the pain of getting them refilled. Don't look for customer service here!!!!!
