Stayed 4 days. Platnum member of Priority Club. Failed to upgrade us, and made no real excuses. The Club program has been very disappointing. We gave them a chance to offer something else, but Noooo. No managers on duty to discuss this with. The clerks all seem to be managerless when asked....it shows.

For those just staying at a motel, and not expecting anything from a frequent stay program, then I beleive this is a relative good place to stay. NOTE the freeway noice was very loud, so hope your a good sleeper. Room 447.

It was a great room with a balcony overlooking the pool. The room had a small kitchen area with a fridge and place settings, including wine glasses, which would be perfect for an extended stay. The bed was very comfortable and there were two choices of pillows-soft and firm. The AC was very loud though and woke me up every time it turned on. If you are a light sleeper be sure to turn the AC off before going to bed. We could hear the freeway noise only when the balcony door was open. We stayed here to go to the Harvest Festival at Rancho Sisquoc and it was very convenient with a bus pick up/drop off at the hotel.

I enjoyed everything this hotel had to offer. Very clean, rooms were extremely spacious and comfortable. I have worked in customer service for many years now and the front desk clerk was very professional. i would highly recommend this hotel for anyone that will be traveling on business or just for fun.

I liked everything about this hotel.The kitchen was a plus and the t.v was great.Beds and pillows both very comfortable.
