I would have given less than a star but there wasn't the option. Wendell needs to be retrained in customer service. He asked me for my license plate # which I had to go look at, in the mean time I asked him if he was done w my ID and CC and he wasnt so I said I'd get the plate # when he was done w my ID. He started a 5 minute lecture on how it was for my safety. Yes, wendell, this isn't the first hotel I've stayed at in my 44 years. And I wasn't about to leave my cc w him. So I grabbed my I'd and cc headed back out to my car, grabbed the plate # expecting to finish checking in....and Wendell proceeds to ignore me and check in two more people without even acknowledging me. Really?
So upon checkout Wendell proceeds to preach religion to me and I told him he should really shut up about the lord as he called it especially In a 1 star hotel where he's probably checking in hookers and drug addicts.
The room stunk, the bed was uncomfortable and in the morning, there were 2 very ripe homeless men eating their free disgusting breakfast.
If you are desperate for a place, I still wouldn't recommend this comfort suites. Unless you need to get your soul in order!
