My friend reserved this hotel through Hotels.com and that was his first mistake. It pictured a basic hotel that look nice and was reasonably priced for the area. When he got there, it looked like a dump. There was garbage piled up outside the rooms. The room they tried to give him wasn't fit for occupation. It was so filthy and damaged (blinds broken and falling down), he didn't make it past the front door. Where the refrigerator was supposed to be was a rust spot on the carpeting. He went back to the management office and told them that he was not going to stay there; he would try and find another hotel in the area. They said they would cancel the reservation. That never happened, too. He is still fighting with Hotels.com; they said they paid the hotel; the hotel said they never got paid. Won't be using either of these establishments in the future--and you shouldn't either!
