I stay in a hotel more often than I am home with my family. I always stay at a Hilton establishment when they are available. I must say this about this hotel in Red Bluff! Its absolutely the cleanest, most comfortable and most corteous staff that I have visited in a long time. I was greeted at the desk by a very kind, personable, and happy lady by the name of Tess. If only everyone was treated the way she treated me, NO ONE would ever be dissapointed. On top of all of that, the whole hotel seems to be absolutely spotless. The hallways, my room, the outside of the hotel....Everything.. I personally would give this hotel a perfect rating and would stay here if and when I come back to the area without question. How bout walking into your room to have it smell fresh and new even being seven years old. I thank this establishment for making it obvious they care about their guests in every way.

We have been coming here for several years now - never have been disappointed. Great suites, great beds and super breakfast ! After we found this gem, we never stayed anywhere else when we are in the area !

This hotel is always clean, the staff is super friendly and the breakfast is good, what more could you want?

I can't say enough about the gal on the front desk the night I checked in. She was just the nicest lady, helpful, friendly, wanting to know how I was and what I needed.
I like Hampton Inns since I always know that I'll get a clean room, good service and a comfy bed. The gal in Red Bluff made my stay that much more pleasant.
