Great hotel. Great location. Great value. Stayed 8 days, staff very friendly and accomodating. Washer and dryer available. Quiet rooms (after the softball team left) Staff warned us first and assured that our stay would be made comfortable. No problems. Highly recommended!

Stayed here for 5 nights in January/February 2007, and will be staying for 5 again in August 2007. I stay at Hampton Inns a lot, usually about 10 nights a month, and this is one of the best out there. Feels brand new, as a lot of things in Palmdale do (since the city is growing beyond belief), staff is nice and helpful, rooms comfortable, and breakfast good. If I have to go to Palmdale, this is where I stay.

Stayed here 29 Oct - 2 Nov 06. Room and hotel were great, no complaints on the room. Room and hotel were very clean and new looking, no noticeable wear & tear. Breakfast was standard Hampton Inn fare. Hotel staff were very frindly, hotel was close to several restuarants and mall. Try L&L Hawaiian Barbecue restuarant, in the small strip mall next to the hotel. Great food, but that's another review. The only problem with the stay was with wake-up calls and newspaper delivery. They did not call 2 out of 4 days and newspaper at door only two days. These are the only reason for the Above Average review and not an Excellent review. If you can't stay here, Marriott's Residence Inn and Courtyard are nearby. With the population of Palmdale/Lancaster, you would think there would be more better quality hotels. The Hampton Inn is definately worth consideration when staying in the Palmdale area.

I stayed four nights at this hotel recently. It's very nice - the best thing about it is that it is brand new. It's also located in a really nice, new area of Palmdale with all sorts of shopping and restaurants nearby. The breakfast was good and the staff friendly.

My only complaint about this hotel is that it did not have fridges and microwaves in all the rooms - just the suites. This was very inconvenient for a business traveler staying several days in the same place.
