Head out on Ramon Road towards Cathedral City, and you come across a little known site.
The last resting place of Frank Sinatra, Sonny Bono as well as the Mother and Sister of Zsa Zsa Gabor. Busby Berkeley and "My Fair Lady" composer Frederick Loewe.
It also contains the only (I think) Gay Veterans Memorial in the US.
Such a peaceful site - and so simple when compared to the Hollywood cemeteries. All of the graves have a simple plaque, rather than the fantastic Hollywood memorials. Sinatra's is usually marked with a small American flag and a few flowers.
