MY daughter has a cheerleadeer competition every year in Pamona. Even though there are hotels closer we dare not stay anywhere else. It was my husband's birthday and we booked online for a room that had a seperate living area to seperate the sofa bed from the bedroom, Just to give me and my husband some time. We arrived driving from El Cajon about a two hour drive.The room was a regular suite and we went back down to the desk to ask what happened. At no additional cost Vivian gave us the room we desired, thanks. Loved the room and the breakfast. My only regret was they didn't have any bagels and the coffee was watered down. Other than that this place is the bomb.

The rooms are very spacious, and the beds are so comfortable. I slept so good and the breakfast is a buffett. I loved this Best Western specially for the price, best deal ever. I would certainly recommend this Best Western. Also, staff very nice and friendly.

I would fo sure reccommend this hotel, it was ver nice, clean, safe here, the rooms are very spacious, the staff is very friendly and they offer a hot breakfast each morning 6am-10am with eggs, sausage, waffles, bisquits and gravy as well as juices bread cereal etc.... They also have a "social" hour each day from 5pm-630 in which they offer comp. beer/wine. I had a problem the first night in which I had a "dirtbag" staying next to me and they had their TV blasting 24 hours a day, however the staff was nice enough to move me to another room. the only negative thing i have to say is that the hotel is in a business area and there is nothing within walking distance as far as a restaurant, shopping etc, but there is a restaurant on the grounds ( I did not eat there), however there are a ton of places within 10 minutes drive (4th street ) being one area.

We have stayed at this location a couple times so far. I've been impressed with the size of the rooms. They are quite spacious. The lobby has fresh coffee and breakfast isn't half bad. I was actually quite happy last time I checked in except for two things.
1. Minor issue. The sliding doors on the closet just didn't work. One door was 1/2 the length of the closet. As it should be. The other door was 3/4 the length of the closet, which ultimately rendered the closet unusable since the closet was on the small side to start with and we couldn't get a suitcase in. 2. Major issue. The pullout bed had a giant stain - looked like a blood stain - that covered the entire middle area of the bed. It's not something you could miss- it was huge. I showed a picture of it to the front desk but they were uninterested. My son refused to sleep on the pull out and I can't say I blame him. Other than that my only gripe has to do with the second floor rooms over the lobby which are totally inaccessible.
Overall I've stayed at way worse and I guess for the price the csi scene is ok...
