This is a very clean, newish facility. Very close to the University for families visiting students, etc... We've stayed here multiple times and really enjoy the location. It's easy to get to without having to negotiate too many of the scary CA highways and it's close to a wide variety of dining and shopping options. Not too far from the Temecula wine area too which you should try while you are there.

Very friendly front staff. They are very helpful and would go out of the way to make sure everything is good. Clean rooms.
They consistently have cookies in the evenings (except weekends).
I have stayed here a couple of times now. This time the breakfast has been interesting as there is a large contingent of foreign military guests so they have added prunes and olives and pita bread. However, the usual American breakfast has gotten old fast.
I wish they had one pillow in my room that wasn't super soft.
Several fast food restaurants nearby and not too far away from BJs, Outback, Applebees, or Olive Garden.

My wife and our 2 young children recently stayed at the Moreno Valley Hampton Inn after checking out of our first hotel early due to its unsafe location and poor condition of the rooms. We were so happy with the Hampton Inn from the location to the great staff and the excellent condition of the rooms. We've decided to make the Hampton Inn our place to stay whenever we're in town! I would definitelty recommend it.

I don't typically book Hampton Inn type hotels when traveling on business. (No offense!) Perhaps I haven't had the best experiences in the past. However, I am a loyal Hilton member and after reading the reviews on this hotel decided to give it a shot. I visited Moreno Valley on business and have been completely impressed by this hotel. I am a Diamond member and was upgraded to their top suite which is very spacious and CLEAN. The front desk staff has been very courteous. I couldn't be more pleased and will absolutely stay here the next time I am in town for business and perhaps I will now be a bit more willng to try other Hampton Inn and Suites in the future.
