“Excellent Guest Services And Thursday Night Jazz Scene”

I have always received great service at this hotel. The front desk staff is most accomodating and willing to consider my needs. Thursday night stays provide an opportunity to attend a jazz set in the lounge...free of charge. The best value in town. Would also be remiss not to mention specifically Tony, who in and of himself is a reason to stay at this hotel and Mr Spates who is a manager par excellence. “Early departure from LAX? Stay at the Crown Plaza”

Perfect place to stay if you need to be close to LAX, especially if you have an early flight, and the free shuttle is great service.
Also close to the rentals so you can easily turn in the car in the evening and not have to mess around with that in the moring of departure

“Adequate for an airport hotel”

I stayed at this property for a layover from Chicago to Asia. Even though I arrived around 1pm the front desk staff let me check in early. The shuttle is pretty on time, and the driver is helpful. But the room has definitely seen its better days.
Even the hotel is close to the runway, I can barely hear the planes landing or taking off.

For your information, we are currently undergoing an extensive renovation that includes all guestrooms and public space. I hope that you will come back to experience our completely new hotel once we complete the renovation early this summer. “Renovated rooms great, food terrible”

Stayed overnight before a.m. flight out. New 10th floor room was beautiful, newly renovated. Dinner was a disappointment. Server was surly, and food was just OK.
Caution, If you are leaving early on a Continental flight, do NOT expect to get anything decent to eat at LAX terminal 6 or 7. Eat somewhere else and then catch the shuttle
