I arrived with a conf. # and a printout of my res. My total was to be $70.55. I was charged $78.56. ( I am a Sales Coord. for a Hotel) When I asked the owner who took my res. to please adjust my visa...after showing him my print out...He argued the rate I was given! I informed him I work for a Hotel and I like to think I know a bit of what Im talking about. He told me I could check out! I told him ok. I can ck out and he will lose a days rent or he can fix the issue and lose $8.00. I also told him I was'nt really happy with the room. I informed him of about 4 very old bars of used soap left in shower window! I told I could show him. Of course he declined. I checked out next day. Soap is still there. He did refund my card $8.00. hmmm.. The police were there twice. Area is run down. I chose this hotel to be close to a Cruise I needed to be on. Rates seemed decent. However, against my better judgement...I failed to research hotel reviews! My Bad. )o:

They need to rebuild everything from the floor to roof needs new beds blankets carpet towels tv's etc. Th e price was good and location but the room was very nasty and dirty wouldn't stay again unless they rebuild an buy all New stuff health department needs to pay them a visit asap

It was good for the price I paid but I was extremely upset that I reserved the room early and did not get what I asked for that was not cool at all. The cleanliness is alright there was some hair in the tub. I went and bought my own cleaner and cleaned it. There was also not enough toilet paper in the bathroom. It doesn't seem like the cleaning ladies are doing a good job. Next time I will just get a room where I have to pay more. Then I will at least get what I ask for instead of something else.

ok so its not the hilton but its ok room was clean and location was near cruise pier and only ten min from airport.If you like upscale this is not for you but its fine for ONE night stay.
