This hotel was more than we expected, the staff and the accomodations were very pleasant. The room was larger than most we had stayed in on our journey and supplied us with everything that we needed. We had a mini-fridge, a microwave, an iron and ironing board and a note on the writing desk saying that if we had forgotten any neccessities, to please let the staff know because they have a supply of basic items at the front desk. The housekeeping staff and the front dest manager were very kind and very helpful. When we returned to our room, not only were the obvious tasks done, but our shoes were all neatly lined up, the washcloths were folded into fancy fans and even my son's "blankie" was folded neatly on the end of the bed. The continental breakfast was more than sufficient with an assortment of cold cereals and breakfast burritios, fresh fruit, bagels and coffee, tea or cocoa. We also enjoyed the hot tub, pool and frisbee golf. The laundry room and fitness center were also great to have when we needed them! And, when I realized about 400 miles from the White Oaks that we had left some items behind, I called the front desk and happily discovered that they were still there and that they would be shipped to me. My forgotten items arrived home before we did!
