This is one of the cleanest hotels Ive ever been in - great amenities from shampoo, conditioner, mouthwash, and good moisturizer available in your bathroom. Hotel smelled clean as soon as I walked in. Breakfast had hot entrees - cheese omelets and potatoes one day, and scrambled eggs with sausage patties the next. They also have a good waffle maker and staff who constantly keep the area neat and refilled. On Tues and Wed nights they also serve a light meal that turned out to be beef stew for one night and chicken fettucine another.

All in all a good hotel, little out of the way from most things though there is a cinemax theater close by. if you have a car, that isn't a problem.

I stayed this hotel with a group of colleagues and clients and everyone agreed that the stay was great. Group sales manager was very attentive and organized reservation without anyone's request unmet. Internet worked perfectly in everyone's rooms. There were fresh coffee in a lobby 24/7. I enjoyed staying here and would definitely go back.

Lovely hotel and would love to stay again except for the breakfast eatery. For such a great place I found it a shame that they expect you to use non recycable plates, knives and forks etc. what a total waste of resources and for this reason alone i have marked the hotel down

We chose this hotel for its location - close to Willow Springs Race Track, and because of the two previous reviews of the facility.

My husband and I had one Honors night (freebie) and paid for the next night, which was discounted 10% because we were at the track (be sure to tell the front desk you're with the racers at the track for this discount - I just mentioned it in passing to the desk clerk & she immediately discounted our room; there was no mention of this discount either at the track or the hotel when we booked the room).

The room we had was on the first floor, just past the conference rooms; it was a little noisy, though, because of a bunch of teens staying there. There was a soccer tournament the weekend we were there and the place was full of teenagers. Most of them were VERY well-behaved and quiet, but there was the typical teen loud-talking. No biggie, but you might want to request a room NOT on the main floor if noise bothers you.

Our room was clean, comfortable, and well-appointed. Love the counter-height sink in the bathroom, and the HUGE shower!

The breakfast was typical Hampton - frozen waffles, frozen eggs, some pastries, but it was OK. As long as the coffee was hot & good (and it was!), I'm good.

We plan to return to this hotel next year. Fantastic value for the price. Personnel were VERY friendly.
