“Out a ways but perfect for us”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed 8 February 2012

I did not realize where the hotel was when I made the reservation and it was further out than we thought. As it turned out, it was perfect for being quiet, low traffic, and cozy. We spent two nights in a suite and the room and hotel was beautiful. I am an Hilton member and I had free water upon arrival and it was refreshed for the second day. Breakfast was great, the laundry worked great and we enjoyed our stay!

“Very nice Hampton Inn!”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed 16 January 2012

For this trip, we actually another hotel booked and stayed there for 2 nights. The bed was so terrible at the other hotel we actually checked out early. We walked into this Hampton Inn to see about a room and the gentleman at the front desk was so incredibly nice and helpful. He booked us a room and even let us check in at 10 am. Our is very nice, bed is comfy, and the shower is huge. No bug bugs and the room is nice and clean. Definitely will. E staying here again!

“Reliable Hampton Inn Quality”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed 9 November 2011

Stayed at this hotel with my father for 2 nights while in town for a racing event at Willow Springs International Raceway. Have stayed here a number of times prior to this visit. Always a reliably comfortable, pleasant stay. Hotel is extremely clean throughout. Beds are comfortable and room is spacious. Breakfast buffet served 6am-10am and provides plenty of choices. Hotel staff are always friendly and helpful. Quick freeway access. Located near restaurants, shops and movie theatres. Definitely recommend this hotel for a stay in the Lancaster area. Can't go wrong with Hampton Inn.

“Nice, but a few glitches”
3 of 5 stars Reviewed 1 November 2011

Spent one night at Hampton Inn while on a motorcycle road trip to Las Vegas. On the plus side, it's very new, very clean, and staff is exceptionally friendly and helpful.
It is, however, on the outskirts of town by the ballfield, so you'll have to drive to get to restaurants and entertainment.
Two peeves: I needed a quick shower before heading out to dinner but the head refused to do anything but dribble. Room maintenance did take about 30 minutes to replace it, explaining that they'd had several fail. The man was friendly, but that didn't change the fact that i was late for a dinner appointment.
Secondly, the wi-fi code is changed every week and it was my misfortune to come on a changeover day. Took 45 minutes for the morning clerk to figure out how to re-connect the system. Not good when you have to check business emails early in the morning.
Finally, the breakfast buffet was ample,(hot items like scrambled eggs and ham, etc) but the cook stood chatting to a friend about their menopause difficulties three feet from me while I collected my toast. Are guests invisible when important details like Estrogen patches need to be discussed?
I'll give the hotel a break until staff settles in--and no complaints with the great king bed--but at best it only rates a C.

“Am a Hampton Inn convert!”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed 25 October 2011

Started about a year ago. would usually stay at any around-$100-a-night hotel (comfort, courtyard, etc). stayed here once, now i book all my around-$100-a-night rooms at hampton.

every claim they make is true. clean new-looking comfortable rooms and amenities, free breakfast, free easy to use wifi, EXTREMELY (did you poach them from big hilton hotels?) professional and courteous staff. no complaints in about 10 different nights stays.
