I lived at Falcon Lodge for a month, Very great location right on beach.
My apartment was not very clean or even that nice due to the people who lived here before, The owner/land lord is the a great guy he is super nice! My neighbors were not the best the couple above me were always loud, The women's husband played music at all hours LOUD music and I like music but what he did was rude when I approched him regarding his music he slammed the door in my face. He would play all night and all day sometimes, I only asked for him to turn it down because I had to be at work everyday at 7am and couldnt sleep with loud bass and music all night long. This same couple also Clame to be the "manager" but they are NOT they tryed to evict my husband and i because we asked to the husband to turn down his music!

The real managers live in apartment 2.

Can't beat the price for this location, close to everything.
Pets allowed as long as they don't misbehave.

I feel everyone that lives here are Dead Beats. TheY all say their the manager.
The people there is what ruin it honestly, The managers and Another Older Gentlemen who carves bears and such are the only decent people there. Everyone else is under the in fluenece of narcatics.

I would recommend this place to someone who is able to sleep through loud noises and is able to never talk to the crazie neighbors.

No credit checks no deposit what do you expect.

The best thing about this place is the views. right on the beach and the landlord\owner.

I'd go through a credit check and pay deposit if that ment i had better neighbors.

Oh there is a couple homeless people who will attempt to break in so make sure you have nothing worth value.
