We stayed here while participating in the Winter Wineland event. I was getting a little concerned when we drove through the neighborhood to reach the town home as the area is somewhat sketchy. The town home is a decent size with 2 bedrooms with 1 bath on the bottom floor and a large living room, small kitchen and full bathroom on the top floor. The bedroom on the bottom floor was large and contained a queen size bed and futon bed. It also had a sink in the bedroom which I thought was odd. The other bedroom was of average size with a queen size bed. The downstairs bathroom had a tub-shower combination. The large living area upstairs had a futon couch and regular couch. It even had a piano which I think is wonderful in a home but in a rental the space would have been better used for additional seating. The kitchen was small and poorly equipped. We brought food with us to grill and the BBQ was totally falling apart. It was a cheap BBQ and had seen better days. Upstairs there was another full bathroom. The bathroom was very nice with a large corner shower with 2 shower heads and large vanity with a sink. Overall the furniture and decor was very basic. I think the price was decent for the size of the rental but would not stay here again.
