The room was clean, the heater and water and air conditioning all worked well. The walls, carpet and shelving were a bit old. The lock on the sliding door was broken, with a wood stick in the track for security. There was a hole in the wall from the door handle. Continental breakfast choices were apples, cheerios and/or Sara Lee mini donuts, and coffee.

But the price was very reasonable, especially with a coupon they offered on the web. They were able to accommodate my disabled needs. I parked the car immediately outside the door. The bed was comfortable, and the Wireless worked perfectly.

It looks like the rooms have been upgraded a lot in recent years. The bathroom has a new stone counter, and the shower stall has been recently replaced. The rooms were much quieter than at most hotels, because the walls are made of solid cinder block. The room walls also look recently painted, and has a refrigerator and cupboards for food. We had dinner at the on-site restaurant, and we were both very pleased with the extensive drink list and the delicious meal. I had the seafood enchiladas and they are to die for! For the room rate, this hotel is very reasonable.

Very surprised by bad reviews here, the room was spacious and clean, nice bathroom with tub and shower, little refrigerator to keep our drinks cold. They have a nice little pool with total privacy (we were there on Thursday night so I'm sure there were not that many guests to compete with.) The bed was made with all brand new linens and had tons of nice pillows, it was the best bed away from home I've ever slept in. Plenty of eateries and a a drug store are within 100 yards away. I loved this place and will return if I ever overnight in Fallbrook again. Very inexpensive.
