We were there for 2 nights. Our party of three used 2 rooms. The place is not fancy, but we didn't need fancy, just looking for a clean place to sleep for a decent rate. Brought our own card table & sat it between twin beds to play games in the evening. We had a refrigerator & freezer outside our door for everyone to use. The owners are hospitable & thoughtful people who made phones calls out of town as early as 7AM for us. We liked the location as well. One person in the party have traveled around the world three times. I have been in the UK & Europe several times, just to let you know we know Hotels. Yes, we could hear others through the walls, but didn't lose sleep, used our earplugs.

This is no hotel and closer to a boarding home. The rooms are very small, you can hear other guests making noises in their rooms and they can probably hear you. The parking is okay if you park up front and rear parking is only for a few small to midsize cars/pickups. The owners/managers (Jim and Ramona) have no clue about customer service. They were not friendly, no smiling faces and were arrogant. This was surprising for people that are in the service industry. If you look are looking for a cheap place to stay then this is the place for you but don't expect friendly faces or smiles or a decent customer service.

If you want a warm genuine country smile, friendly face, great customer service and a large room then stay at the Sunrise Motel which is just a few blocks north of this place called a hotel.

Stayed at the JnR hotel for one night. The rooms are small, but that's about my only comment. Your at the hotel to sleep and that's about it as you'll probably be outdoors enjoying the area more. The room had no telephone and had a small TV, but if your lucky, you'll have cell signal. If not, you can buy a phone card and use the pay phone downstairs. In my opinion, the room was very clean and the owners were great. I'm staying there again on my next visit to Cedarville.

The new owners have really taken an interest in cleaning up this hotel and improving it. If you have ever stayed here before make sure you go back. What an improvement. The owners are there all the time.
